is anyone else suddenly having problems using anchorfree’s hotspot shield? I had been using it with no problems, even after BTL blocked access to anchorfree.com, but as of July 2 I can no longer connect. I’ve tried removing the application and re-installing (which worked a few months ago when it stopped working before) but that hasn’t fixed the problem this time around. I’m just hoping that I somehow exceeded their bandwidth limit and I will be able to use it again in the next month, but I am wondering if the bastards at BTL have found a way to block this VPN as well.

If anyone is still using hotspot shield from Anchorfree please let me know. Thanks!

No, you are not alone. I live in Atlanta and I am having issues using Hotspot shield or even getting to Anchorfree.com. Something is up.

same here I have suddenly started having problems. Although once before i got a message saying bandwidth exceeded. Perhaps they have become too popular for their own resources.

Hot Spot Shield is working once again, for me at least. Looks like I must have exceeded my bandwidth and got shut down for a month. But at least I can finally use skype again, so f*ck you BTL!!

I am using HotSpot Shield right now. (http://www.hotspotshield.com/launch/)

Just downloaded it to my Mac desktop and run it whenever I need to call on Skype… seems to work fine for me…

During peak time the “packet loss” is pretty high (about 30%) so it gets a bit garbled, but otherwise its very useable.

    Good luck

It was certainly no vacation, no pleasure trip. Next week, the NHL Network is going to show everyone what Patrik Elias saw on his UNICEF journey to Belize two months ago. The Devils’ star hopes the documentary produces help for those
